The Oldest Miniature Railway located on the grounds of a Public House, The Fancott Miniature Railway (FMR) is a 7¼ inch miniature railway located in the gardens of The Fancott Public House near Toddington, Bedfordshire. There has been a railways on the grounds of The Fancott Pub for over half a century in one form or another.
What a fun day we had today playing pirates to celebrate Talk Like A Pirate Day 2026! We had so much fun we’re already planning how we’re going to decorate the trains next year!! Don’t forget, we’ll be open tomorrow for a normal running day! Trains start at 12.30 with the last at 4.50. See you there!!

Tomorrow is our Pirate Day - YAAAAR!!! Get dressed up as your favourite pirate and come ride on the seven seas! Trains start at 12.30! We have a little gift for the visiting pirates while stocks last, so don’t miss out!! 🏴☠️
This Saturday is our Talk Like A Pirate Day YAAAAAAR!! Dress up and come for a ride on the seas(!) with our own pirates!
