The Oldest Miniature Railway located on the grounds of a Public House, The Fancott Miniature Railway (FMR) is a 7¼ inch miniature railway located in the gardens of The Fancott Public House near Toddington, Bedfordshire. There has been a railways on the grounds of The Fancott Pub for over half a century in one form or another.
Welcome to Wednesday! Don’t forget our gates open every Wednesday during local school holidays to welcome visitors to our little piece of railway heaven. Trains run from 12.30-3.50, just £3 per person per ride with under 2s free! No need to book, just head to the ticket office when you’re ready to ride! ☺️👍
Just to make you aware the pub will be closed this Friday for a private event. The pub and, of course, the railway, will be open again as usual on Saturday. ☺️

When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted.Scamps are fun little locos designed by Colin Edmondson to be easily built by novices and experts alike! They’re great little projects which can be personalised and adapted to meet the needs and tastes of their owners! We have 3 of these cute little locos resident at our railway: 141 Red Dwarf; 152 Sammy and 173 Betty Boo! This is on top of our other, more traditional locos, including a steam engine, Davanna! With such a range of locos, why wouldn’t you visit us!! Every weekend and bank holiday as well as Wednesdays during school breaks. LU5 6HT.
